Non-Sponsor reserved tables for 10 (to be paid with a one-time payment) may
be reserved at a discounted rate through 2/5/2011. After
that date, the price increases and the ability to reserve is
based on availability.
Non-Reserved General Seating
$150 per person
Individual reservations for general seating may be available
through LTEF's website beginning February 6, 2011, and only if
the event has not sold out through sponsorships and reserved
tables. To guarantee your attendance, consider signing up
as a Bronze or Crystal Sponsor (2 guaranteed general seating
admissions) or reserve a table for 10.
NOTE:
All reservations in quantities of fewer than 10 will be general
admission seating.

Not interested in sponsorship, but think a night out with friends
sounds great? We're offering a new reduced price on
our
non-sponsor reserved tables for ten. Reserve by February
5th, and you'll pay only $1,500 (the same per-person price as
individual, non-reserved seats). After February 5th, that
price increases to $1,750 per table, and we cannot guarantee
that tables will still be available.
Reserving a full table guarantees that you'll all get to sit
together in a more favorable location than general seating.
Don't delay! The sooner you reserve your table, the better
its placement in the ballroom. You can charge your table
now, or choose to guarantee your table to a credit card and
follow up by sending one check or several individual payments
from your guests, as long as all payments are submitted at one
time.
This year, we're holding a SPECIAL DRAWING FOR A RESERVED
TABLE! Purchase drawing tickets for only $10 per
entry, and take your chance on a $1,500 Reserved Table for 10!
Tickets are only on sale from LTEF Directors. If you'd

make your donation to the auction. Promote or business or
make a personal contribution of any new item, gift card, or
service. Event tickets, behind-the-scene tours, use of
your vacation home, group donations -- there are so many ways to
help make the auction an exciting part of this event. We

The Westin is offering a special rate on guestrooms for those
who choose to "take the elevator home" following the event.
Rooms at a reduced rate are available for a limited time, so if
you’re interested, we encourage you to call Westin Reservations,
(866) 961-2858, and reserve a room from the "Lake Travis
Education Foundation" block.
