limited number of VIP Party tickets are being made
available for purchase by all Gala attendees who already
have tickets.

Event Tickets Have Been Mailed
~
Ticket packets have been mailed to all table hosts. All
guests are asked to complete the information on the tickets
and bring the tickets along with them to event registration.
We do ask that guests
complete the credit card information on the tickets so that we can
preregister for auction bidding.
(All credit card information will be kept secure and will be
shredded following the event.)
Guests may also choose to pre-register credit cards through this
secure link rather than provide the information at registration.
The auction income makes a huge impact on the effectiveness
of this fundraiser, and we encourage everyone to bid often and
generously. Remember,
your bids benefit the kids!
If you determine that you will not be using your tickets, please
return them to us at the P.O. Box shown below by February 10, 2012,
and we will credit your payment as a fully tax deductible donation.
Or consider inviting your favorite school administrators or
teachers to be your guests for this celebration.
Pre-Gala VIP Party ~
The evening will begin with a
Pre-Gala VIP Party for our upper-level sponsors at 5:00
p.m., featuring champagne, hors d’oeuvres, and the
opportunity to preview the auction items.
A limited number of VIP Party tickets are available for sale
to our non-sponsor guests via the link on the left column of
this webpage.
Main event doors open at 6:00 p.m., and dinner will
be served at 7:30 p.m.

This year’s event offers a variety of Casino Games.
Bring your wallet and your good luck charm, and you
might be the grand prize winner of a trip to Las Vegas,
including roundtrip airfare for two, accommodations,
entertainment, and dining at the
Stratosphere.

Double Diamond Drawing will be held for a pair of
exquisite 14kt white gold chandelier earrings featuring 1.5
carats of brilliant diamonds, provided by Cristiani's
Jewelers and valued at $2,500.
Purchase your jewelry box on the way into the
ballroom, and listen to hear if your number is called
following the Live Auction.
Cash bars will
be set up throughout the event.
